Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
These terms apply when you buy the Find Your Story course, or any other digital product, from Social Flo. By purchasing, you're agreeing to them, so please give them a proper read. If anything is unclear, email leah@socialfloagency.com before you buy and we'll talk it through.
Who you're buying from
Find Your Story and other Social Flo digital products are sold by Social Flo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16147014. Our registered office is Riverside, Mountbatten Way, Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 1DY, United Kingdom. Our VAT registration number is 482 6590 59.
What you're buying
Find Your Story is a self-paced digital course made up of video lessons, workbooks, and bonus materials, delivered online. Course content, pricing, and bonuses are described accurately on the sales page at the time of purchase. Once you buy, you get lifetime access to the version of the course as it stands, plus any updates we make to it later, for as long as we continue to operate the course platform.
Price and payment
Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase through our checkout provider. Once payment clears, you'll receive access details by email, usually within minutes.
Your right to cancel, and how it works for digital products
Under UK consumer law, you normally have a 14 day cooling off period when buying online. Because Find Your Story gives you instant access to digital content the moment you complete checkout, by purchasing you confirm that you want access straight away and you agree to give up that 14 day cancellation right once your access has been delivered.
In practice, this means once you've received access to the course, the sale is final and we don't offer refunds. We'd rather you ask us questions before buying than feel caught out afterwards, so if you're unsure whether the course is right for you, email us first.
Using the course content
When you buy Find Your Story, you're buying a personal licence to use the course for your own business. That means:
- The materials are for your own use, not for resale, sharing, or teaching to others
- You shouldn't upload, forward, or republish the videos, workbooks, or any course material anywhere else
- All course content remains the intellectual property of Social Flo Ltd
If you'd like to use the course with a team or share it within an organisation, get in touch and we can talk about a licence that covers that.
What we expect from you
The course gives you a framework and the tools to use it. The results you get depend on the work you put in, your business, your market, and factors outside our control. We don't promise a specific outcome, follower count, or income from completing the course.
Changes to the course or these terms
We may update or improve course content over time, and we'll occasionally update these terms to reflect how the business operates. Where changes are significant, we'll let existing customers know. Continuing to use the course after an update means you accept the new terms.
If something goes wrong
If you're having technical issues accessing the course, or something doesn't match what was described on the sales page, email us straight away at leah@socialfloagency.com and we'll sort it out. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Liability
We do our best to keep the course accurate, useful, and accessible, but we can't be held responsible for losses arising from things outside our reasonable control, such as third party platform outages, or for indirect losses such as loss of profits. This doesn't affect our liability for anything that can't legally be limited or excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
